Well it's better to shell out the money than dying of boredom isn't it? I guess if you enjoy Alliance Battles or Competitive Missions that's a good way as that's what I do...

Perhaps because he asked how he could get his 15k Luxon?
For sure, you can stick to a basic Shing Jea armor, they all have the same stats anyway

i was rich but then i bought 15k luxon for ranger and ele. blegh now im poor.

you can either farm for 76 Jadeits or hopefully someone is selling them in bulk at a cheap pirce.
